ソニー株式会社は、透過式メガネ型ウェアラブル端末「SmartEyeglass」のアプリ開発者向けモデル「SmartEyeglass Developer Edition『SED-E1』」を3月10日に発売すると発表した。価格は10万円（税別）。一般ユーザーには2016年内に発売予定としている。
